Hands-on Automation skills using Python & Shell & WMI scripts

Configure and Manage multipath solution for SAN storage LUNs
Expertise in Disk Management and Partitioning tools
Expertise in solving Performance issues and worked in resolving Major outages
Expertise in performance analysis and tuning
Advance knowledge on Network w.r.t OS configuration
Advanced knowledge in OS recovery
Disaster Recovery for the customer and recovered the database servers in the recovery site
Expertise in managing DNS, DHCP, NFS, FTP, etc
Liaise with Vendors in case of HW or OS failures
Install / Configure /Upgrade Virtual platform environment
Good customer /vendor interaction skills
Good Knowledge in ITIL
